What gets cleaned
Most of what makes a window look bad isn't the pane. It's the grit in the track, the salt haze on the screen and the mould in the corner of the sill. All of it can be done.
Standard panes and big picture windows, done both sides or just the outside if that is all you need.
Taken out, washed properly, put back. Security screens hold more salt than anything else on the house.
Tracks vacuumed and wiped so the door slides again. Sliding glass doors done as a matter of course.

Why here is different
If you live anywhere near the water — Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, Yorkeys, Machans — the sea breeze lays a fine film of salt on your glass every single day. It is invisible for a few weeks. Then it isn't.
Left through a wet season it bonds to the surface and stops being a cleaning job. Etched glass is a replacement job, and that costs a great deal more than a clean.
Most beachside homes are best on a three month cycle. Further inland, around Redlynch or Gordonvale, six months is usually plenty. I will tell you honestly which one your place needs.

Near the water, every three months. Further inland, every six. If your place has been left a long time the first clean takes more work, and after that a regular cycle keeps it easy and cheaper.
Only if you want the inside done. Outside-only cleans I can do while you are at work, as long as I can get to the gates and the taps.
This is the wet tropics, so it happens. Light rain does not affect a properly cleaned window. If it is heavy I will call you and move the job to the next clear day, at no cost.
Yes, from the ground. A water-fed pole runs purified water up to the glass, so it dries without leaving spots and there is no ladder resting against your house.
